When holidays roll around, it very easy to over eat...and over feed

make some slight changes!
- Instead of Snickers Bars, try some Rice Cakes.
- Multi-grain crackers, now don't tell me that don't sound yummy!
- Mini bags of Pumpkin/Sunflower seeds (instead of Nerds)
- Tiny boxs of dried fruit! YUM!!!
- No more Herseys Chocolate bars, how bout' some Boyons!
- Granola Bars, yeeeaaaah! any child would be THRILLED to get some of those!
- Instead of Butterfingers, PeanutButter Celery Sticks!
- Swipe some Powdered Energy Drink Mixes instead of hot choc. mix
- Spicy Roasted Soy Beans!!! woot-woot!
- Sugar Free Gum
- Fruit/Apple Sauce Cups
- Cheese and Cracker Packs, or better yet Cheese Sticks (no more Tootsie Rolls!)
- Juice Box's
- Peanuts Still in the shell.. instead of Peanut M&Ms
Sooooo with these easy to do tricks, help keep your neighborhood heathy!!!
