Keeping Yourself...AND Your Neighborhood Heathy

When holidays roll around, it very easy to over eat...and over feed
If your worried about gaining extra pounds with the Halloween candy 
And givin' all those unhealthy treats out to the youngins' 
Your wanting to keep yourself AND your neighborhood heathy...just 
make some slight changes!


  • Instead of Snickers Bars, try some Rice Cakes.
  • Multi-grain crackers, now don't tell me that don't sound yummy!
  • Mini bags of Pumpkin/Sunflower seeds (instead of Nerds)
  • Tiny boxs of dried fruit! YUM!!!
  • No more Herseys Chocolate bars, how bout' some Boyons!
  • Granola Bars, yeeeaaaah! any child would be THRILLED to get some of those!
  • Instead of Butterfingers, PeanutButter Celery Sticks! 
  • Swipe some Powdered Energy Drink Mixes instead of hot choc. mix
  • Spicy Roasted Soy Beans!!! woot-woot!
  • Sugar Free Gum
  • Fruit/Apple Sauce Cups
  • Cheese and Cracker Packs, or better yet Cheese Sticks (no more Tootsie Rolls!)
  • Juice Box's
  • Peanuts Still in the shell.. instead of Peanut M&Ms
Sooooo with these easy to do tricks, help keep your neighborhood heathy!!!

6 Funny Facts On Loosing Weight.

Losing weight is not very funny, but to be truthful you must have noticed that pretty much EVERYBODY is wanting to loose weight. Soooooo here are a few funny ways to deal with the weight loss siteeeeeation.

*If nobody saw you scarf down that cheese-cake.....then the calories really don't count.
*If you drink a Coke with a lowfat chocolate cake, then the calories from the coke... get canceled out.
* Weigh yourself with a bunch of heavy clothes, then again without any, INSTANT weight loss! woot-woot 
* Use cheep weight scales that weight you 6 pounds less than you are.
*Where a vinyl sauna suit designed to make you sweat yourself to thinness. (Google it)
*Find somebody really fat, then you'll look thin compared  to them.

Yummy Grapes

OK, so heres the problem, you like your sweet tasting foods, such as ice-cream, but having trouble with the fruits? NO PROBLEM! with the help of some doctors Tiqvah and I have found a easy,cheep and simple solution. FREEZE YOUR GRAPES!!! really this works! it tastes like ice-cream. so try it out, heres the recipe.
1. Place toothpick in center of grape.
2. Place choice amount of grapes onto a plate.
4. Leave until completely frozen.

Hope is rocked, i know mine did, theres nothin like walking 3 miles in a skirt with 3 feet of snow..*Sigh* (thanks mom) Anyways, if you feel like you gained a few too many pounds with that chocolate bunny of yours..(i know i did) then just follow these steps to get back to your old self again!

*Bike Ride (For Best Results Shoot For 5 Miles)
*Don't Gobble All The Candy Up In One Day, Savor It, Try One Candie A Day.
*Every Hour, Stop And Do A Few Push-Ups, Start At 5, Then Each Hour, Add One More.
*Candie Is Dandy..But Fruit Helps Ya Poop, (AKA. Eat those Fruits & Greens)
*Head On Out To That Gym!!!

Banana's!!! The Magic Fruit.

You've probaly heard
"Beans,Beans, The magical fruit, the more you eat the more you toot, the more you toot the better you feel, so spread your *Cheeks* and let em' squeal!"
FORGET IT!, the magic fruit is BANANA'S!!! Here's why!


1. Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.
Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.

5 Min. Workouts.

Don't have time to go to the gym? No worries!* we have some Quick and Easy workouts that take up 5 min! (Longer If Wished*) These workouts you will be able to do when you wake up, and before bed...WITHOUT BREAKING A SINGLE SWEAT!
*NOTE, before workout, it's VERY important you stretch!*

  • The Soccer Ball.
This one you are able to do whether your by yourself OR with a friend. To do one must lay themselves on the floor (partner across) laying on your back, you need to keep your feet in an upward position, Take a small pillow (once you get better use larger pillow for greater challenge) simply balance pillow on foot for starters, then once ya got it, toss it to your partner (if no partner try bouncing it up-and-down on legs) and have them do the same.


  • Mixin' And Machin'
For this one you just need to have a pen and piece of paper! list some easy workouts such as:

* Jumping-Jacks
*Push-Ups
*Sit-Ups
*Crunches
* And stretches (head-roll,twisting arms and legs, jogs...)
write down these in an order such as:
10 Jumping Jacks
5 Push Ups
3 Sit ups
8 Crunches
20 different types of stretches.
do this every night, and notice how much lively you will feel!
(PS. you might want to change it up from time to time!)
